Preparation camp

If you want to come along to the set up for the event, we will be hosting a week-long camp from the 29th of April to the 5th of May where we will look into themes of Peace, Justice and Utopia while simultaneously ensuring that the space looks, sounds, and feels ready to welcome all of the other guests.

The week will be split between preparing the practicalities for the conference, such as setting up the stage, and workshops and lectures lead by DNS students, in which to explore deeper the topics of the event, and create products which will be presented during the conference.

The arrival day for the camp is the 29th, we will officially start all together the Sunday 30th with a common breakfast.

The cost of the camp plus the conference is 160 € (1200dkk). The fee includes accomodation and food. (*it might be that depending on the amount of participants to the conference during the weekend you will be sleeping in a share dormitory)

Interested in doing a workshop at the conference?

There is also the opportunity to contribute to the conference with a workshop, activity or speech where you will have the chance to share something close to yourself with other participants. 

The weekend will be divided between common activities such as speeches, performances and meals, and workshops which will be happening simultaneously.

Check the application form and follow the instructions to apply.  We will look through all applications and happily select those who are ready to inspire others and give a good and unique contribution to the conference. We want to be sure there is a variety of different topics and methods.
