Workshop Overview

“A Workshop for the Change Generation” invites participants of all ages to explore the power of intergenerational collaboration as a driving force for social transformation. The session introduces the idea that real change happens when the creativity and innovation of youth meet the experience, perspective, and wisdom of older generations. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants will examine how uniting across age groups can strengthen movements for climate justice, equality, and community resilience.

Building on themes of connection, creativity, and shared responsibility, the workshop encourages participants to co-create ideas, challenge generational stereotypes, and discover how collective action can build a more just and sustainable future. With a focus on dialogue, co-creation, and empowerment, this session aims to spark a movement where every generation contributes to meaningful change—side by side, as one Change Generation.
