In this workshop, we will work together through games and activities to understand how power, positionality, privilege, and perspective can come together to create unique lived experiences, which may create room for conflict.
We will explore how conflict is inevitable, but violence is not. We will identify why conflict transformation can be a healthy choice to make for our collective well-being.
Kirthi Jayakumar
Head of Policy Analysis & Training at Gender Security Project
Kirthi is a feminist researcher, mediator, and facilitator, working in the areas of women, peace, and security, decolonial healing justice, and feminist foreign policy.
She serves as an advisor to several multilateral processes concerning feminist foreign policy and the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
