CONTENT

Developed by Brazilian theatre maker Augusto Boal, Image Theatre can be thought of as a theatrical application of the saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” The basic idea is that working in silence, participants use their bodies to create an ‘image’ or a frozen sculpture.

It is aprocess which creates its own questions and answers via the interplay between actors and spectactors. The workshop will generate outcomes based upon the lived experience of those who attend
