Validation: Seeing and appreciating people as they are

 

Koen Verbruggen is an activist, a trainer and a techie involved in social movements of diverse kind. In recent years, his focus has been keenly on well-being of people and groups, specifically those who are working on change-making.

 

Workshop:
Introduction and video of “validation”, followed by a creative process to see and appreciate people as they are.
In order to face our daunting task to make the world better, not only “product” but also process and people matter. Movements mostly run on volunteers, who are diverse. Therefore, it is important to recognise and voice the positive in people and (their) work.
